We start every project with an up-front retainer to reserve time and begin the design process. At the beginning, our focus is on getting to know you, your home, and determining the full scope of work based on your goals and budget.

Once we have a clear understanding of what the project involves, we move to a flat fee to achieve the agreed upon scope of work. This structure keeps design costs straightforward and transparent, while ensuring costs are aligned with the scale and complexity of the project.

All furnishings, materials, and decorative items are sold at fair market value. This allows us to manage ordering, quality control, logistics, and installation on your behalf while remaining competitive.
