We start every project with an up-front retainer to reserve time and begin the design process.

At the beginning, our focus is on getting to know you, your home, your goals, and to determine the full scope of the project. Once we have a clear understanding of what the project involves, we move to a simple percentage of total project cost.

This structure keeps design costs straightforward and transparent, while ensuring costs are aligned with the scale and complexity, particularly if the project evolves.

All furnishings, materials, and decorative items are sold at fair market value. This allows us to manage ordering, quality control, logistics, and installation on your behalf while remaining competitive.
