To ensure your project receives our full attention, we operate on a retainer + hourly model allowing us to tailor our time to the needs of each project. The initial retainer secures time on our calendar, which is applied to the design process.

All furnishings, materials, and decorative items are sold at MSRP (manufacturer suggested retail price). This allows us to manage ordering, quality control, logistics, and installation on your behalf while remaining competitive.
