Retainer + Hourly Billing Model

At Emigration Design, we believe in a transparent and collaborative process that respects both your vision and your investment. To ensure your project receives our full attention, we operate on a retainer + hourly structure.

Your initial retainer secures your position on our design calendar, which we work against during the design phases. Once the retainer is used, we bill monthly for the time needed to bring your project to life.

This model ensures you pay accurate rates for the time spent on your project, which varies for every client depending on the size and complexity of the project.

All furnishings, materials, and decorative items are sold at fair market value. This allows us to manage ordering, quality control, logistics, and installation on your behalf while remaining competitive.
